Teams are the backbone of any successful organization.

Having worked with various teams across different companies, I’ve observed a wide range of team behaviors.

Whether the goal is completing a project, launching a product, or solving a problem, teams go through a predictable process as they develop and evolve.

None of them were exactly alike, yet almost all of them went through the same stages of adaptation.

A few years ago, I stumbled upon an insightful article about this topic during a Google search.

The model is referring to is Bruce Tuckman’s Five Stages of Group Development, which outlines how teams progress from formation to the end of their collaboration.

Recently, I came across the same article again, and it sparked inspiration for writing this piece.
